Adjustment of Side Cuts: Side Shear Opening Height Adjustment

Side shear opening height adjustment is realized by changing 

the connection length of the side shear drive rod. Loosen the 

top wire on the pendulum fork pin, adjust the side of the shear 

drive rod connection length, when the drive rod is adjusted long, 

the side of the shear opening height increases, and vice versa, 

the side of the shear opening height decreases. The maximum 

opening height of the side shear is adjusted according to 8mm. 

If you change the angle of the pendulum fork installed on the 

shaft of the reed, it will also change the opening height of the 

side shear.
