Machine Structure and Working Principle of Crimped Wire Weaving Machines-F101 and F102

Main structure: wire drive mechanism, weft insertion mechanism, beating mechanism, shedding mechanism, cloth take-up mechanism.

Working Principle: This machine transmitted by V-belts ,then distributed power to the Crankshaft ,etc.

1 Weft insertion mechanism:

(1) 0.7-2.0mm wire diameter: Single AC servo pulls the rapier to do left and right reciprocating motion and records the position and length of rapier to realize the action of weft insertion motion.

(2) 1.5-4.0mm wire diameter: Dual servo joint motion, 1 common servo drive the rapier reciprocating motion, and 1AC servo record the position and length of the sword belt.

2 Beating mechanism:

Power distribute from the crankshaft, connecting rod to the beam to promote the reciprocating motion of the reed in order to achieve the beating-up action

3 Shedding mechanism:

 AC servo + reducer control hedddle frame zero position and shedding height according to the mesh opening and wire diameter.

4 Cloth Take-up mechanism:

When the wire diameter is small, the hand grab on the pull rod connected by the heald legs on both sides is stuck to prevent the rolling mesh from slipping. When the wire diameter is thick, the friction on the machine beam prevents the rolling of wire from bouncing back.
