Take-up Mechanism-Installation and Adjustment of Pressure Mesh Roller

(1) Loosen the top wire on the shaft handle of the detector needle, so that the left and right ends of the press rollers are close to the rollers, and tighten the top wire. And adjust the length of the needle shaft handle, so that the rollers are parallel to the rollers and in a horizontal tangent position.

(2) Loosen the top wire on the needle bar of the weft finder to adjust the installation height of the weft insertion eye. The installation height of the weft insertion is generally based on the distance (95~100)mm from the center of the axis of the rolled-up swing arm of the net pull rod pin is appropriate, and the position is determined by tightening the top wire of the weft finder rod.

(3) Loosen the top wire on the clutch lever of the weft-finding needle roller, so that the clutch lever of the weft-finding needle roller is in a horizontal state, and then tighten the top wire and hang up the spring, so as to make the pressure roller produce a certain pressure on the net.
