The task of warping process is to evenly wind the warp wire on the warp shaft to meet the requirements of weaving the net. During warping, it is necessary to maintain a balanced tension, avoid too much or too little tension, ensure that the warp density and length are consistent, and correspond to the reed position of the loom. Warping adopts the form of shaft warping, belt warping or segment warping, and belt warping is mostly used in the metal wire mesh weaving industry.
