TWO METHODS FOR ADJUSTING THE AMOUNT OF WEAVING EDGE TAKE-UP

1) Adjust the tension of the warp beam take-up belt to 

change the amount of fabric edge take-up. When the 

tension of the belt is increased, the amount of the edge 

rolled up is increased, and vice versa.

2) Adjust the pressure of 15 teeth wheel torsion spring 

to change the amount of weaving edge take-up, when 

the pressure of 15 teeth wheel increases, the engage-

ment deepens, the amount of take-up increases, and 

vice versa, decreases. 15 teeth wheel pressure should 

be consistent with the size of the edge warp tension, 

and should not be too big or too small. When the ten-

sion is adjusted on the frame of the weaving edge, and 

the pressure of the 15 teeth wheel remains unchanged, 

the amount of weaving edge take-up will be reduced.
