The time and number of rows of warp stop sheet installed-in Self-stopping Mechanisms

1. After the metal mesh is on the machine, weave 

out the tying mesh and connect all the warp wire 

breaks, then prepare to install the warp stop sheet.

2. The number of rows of warp stop sheet installed: 

100 mesh or less can not use warp stop sheet; (100

~180) mesh/hour net installed 6 rows of warp stop 

sheet; (200~320) mesh/hour net installed 8 rows of 

warp stop sheet; (360~400) mesh/hour net installed 

10 rows of warp stop sheet: 500 mesh/hour net in-

stalled 12 rows of warp stop sheet.
