Installation of two sets of warp stop motions and specification of warp stop sheet

(1) Hang all the warp wires on the warp stop sheet, use 

the stop rod to connect each batch of warp stop sheet in 

series, and fix both ends on the warp stop rod support.

(2) Install two sets of warp stop motions at the front and 

rear of the warp stop sheet. Before the installation of the 

warp stop sheet, the first group (2 rods) must be moved 

to the vicinity of the warp stopper rollers (rear beam), 

and several rows of warp stop sheet must be placed in 

accordance with the order of the first group of warp stop 

sheet. When all the warp stop sheet, warp stop sheet after 

the installation of the pole, and then in the warp stop sheet 

and heald between the second group of cross rods. These 

two sets of crossbars can be used to hang a metal wire or 

rope in the warp stopper rollers and warp stop bar bracket, 

in order to prevent forward movement with the warp wires.

(3) Specification of warp stop sheet for metal mesh weaving: 

140 mm*7 mm*0.13 mm.
