1. There are two types of warp stop motions:
One is a single-electrode solid warp stop motion
and the other is a double-electrode motion.
2. Structural dimensions of the warp stop motions:
The single electrode solid warp stop motion is actually
a very straight, semi-hard flat steel, with specifications
of 1650 mm×(16~18) mm×(3~3.4) mm (length×width
×thickness); double-electrode warp stop motions with
specifications of 1650mm×18.5mm×3.4mm (length×
width×thickness), and its sectional structure is shown
in Figure 3-16:
(1) - Stainless steel plate with a core thickness of 1.2 mm;
(2) - Insulating mylar film 0.3 mm thick;
(3) - Thick 0.8mm stainless steel plate.
3. The role of the warp stop rod:
To support the warp stop piece, so that the warp stop
piece is stabilized in a certain orderly position; conduc
-tion of the warp stop circuit, the role of the switch of
the warp stop circuit.
